HC&M Commercial Properties, Inc., a real estate services company, offers the expertise, tenacity and professional network to assist clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate assets.  We specialize in the brokerage of South of Market properties.  The company was founded in 1994 by three partners: Chris Harney, Jay Cahan and Scott Mason.  They were previously top producers working at different firms and realized that by working as a team they could satisfy an unfulfilled niche by creating a company that specialized solely in the ever-changing South of Market industrial/commercial/office marketplace. HC&M Commercial has eight licensed commercial agents that focus mainly on South of Market, Downtown, Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, Mission, and the Bayshore/Bayview district.
