After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Kenneth
moved to San Francisco in 1989 and immediately began his 29-year
career in commercial real estate.

Kenneth’s core practice consists of handling sales and leasing of
commercial, industrial, and office buildings located within San
Francisco, servicing the South of Market, Potrero Hill, The Bayshore and
Bayview Districts.

Loyalty and client retention have contributed to his many years of
success. Kenneth’s straight forward communication approach, coupled
with his persistence and problem solving, are some of his strengths.

Kenneth has developed a deep understanding of contract negotiation.
He aligns himself with his numerous professionals and vendors
necessary to assist his clients with their transactions.

Kenneth’s reputation amongst his clients and peers is solid.
He loves his three children and enjoys laughter, mountain biking, music,
and his dog Jockamo.
