R.C. Hildebrand joined HC&M Commercial Properties in July of 2009 and focuses on Industrial, Flex and Redevelopment properties.  Since joining HC&M in 2009, R.C. has transacted Sales in excess of $100M for over 500K square feet.  He has also transacted Leases in excess of $100M for over 2M square feet.

R.C. has been awarded the HC&M annual “Top Dog” award and is a multi-winner of the quarterly “Top Dog” award.  He has also been awarded CoStar’s annual “Power Broker” award and is a multi-recipient of CoStar’s top quarterly transactions for Sales and for Leasing.

Prior to becoming a licensed Real Estate Agenet, R.C. spent 7+ years in B-T-B sales of Telecommunications/Fiberoptics throughout the Bay Area.  R.C. was continually recognized as a “Top Producer” for the region and was a 4-time recipient of XO Communication’s annual “XSellers” award (aka, “President’s Club”) along with numerous monthly & quarterly awards for the top regional Sales Rep.

R.C. has an extensive client list of notable companies, landlords and local developers, but it’s his drive, extensive market knowledge and client first approach that continually makes him a top producing Commercial Broker within the Bay Area.
